Washington D.C. Department of Behavioral Health
For the Washington D.C. Department of Behavioral Health’s Transitional Age Youth (TAY) program, we created a social media strategy to promote public awareness and understanding about behavioral health, substance use, and DBH services that are specific to young adults ages 16 -25. We developed new social media pages and multi-media content for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as well as managed the community. Achieved engagement rates that surpassed industry benchmarks.
